Volunteers- Help Needed!

The pool is a charity incorporated organisation and relies on the generous support of volunteers, donors and sponsors.

Have you any spare time to offer with the various jobs that need to be done from fundraising and maintenance, to assist in the tuck shop or joining the Committee and Trustees?

We will try and match your skills and experience to the varied roles available.

Calling All Qualified Lifeguards!

Cirencester Open Air Swimming Pool is looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals to join our team for the 2018 season.

We look for our lifeguards to work confidently as part of a team, have good communication skills, a professional attitude and those that are willing to learn new skills. Duties include; general pool lifeguarding, cleaning and site upkeep, taking admission fees and communicating with the general public.

Our season runs from May-September so is a perfect summer job! Applicant must be NPLQ qualified until at least September 2018, be willing to work weekends, bank holidays and occasionally at short notice. Previous lifeguard experience desirable, but not essential.

Book Sale

Annually we raise over £1000 selling secondhand books. We have a stall in the Corn Hall on Mondays (and Tues, Wed, Thurs if there is space!

Donations of books in good condition are very welcome, either at the pool, Corn Hall or we can collect, call Val 01285 643579.
